SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS
- ?HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs at best and based on the product.
Shipping costs vary based on the shipping typology and on the destination; they will automatically be computed when you insert the shipping address and placed in your cart.
*If your order is made of more than one product and managed by more than one warehouse, you may receive different deliveries. You will receive a tracking code for every delivery so that they can be managed separately.
?WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
During the purchasing process we will communicate to you your order’s expected date of delivery.
When your order is assigned to the courier, you will receive two e-mails:
- A confirmation of shipment including the tracking link.
- An e-mail from the courier including the expected date for delivery.
The shipping time is estimated starting from the moment the order is dispatched, not the moment the order is placed.
?IS SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES AVAILABLE?
We do not accept orders with shipping address to p.o. boxes or with postponement requests.
?WHICH ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?
- EXPRESS COURIER: delivery within 2-4 working days, Mondays to Fridays. The indicated couriers are BRT e DHL.
- COURIER SPECIALIZED WITH HOME DELIVERY: for voluminous or particularly heavy products that require longer schedules (approximately 3-10 working days); the courier will contact you 1-2 days before the planned delivery date. The indicated courier is Energo.
- PICK UP AT POINT OF SALE: you can choose to pick up your order in one of the points of sale available in the list at the moment of purchase. The delivery may take place within a timeframe that varies depending on the chosen products’ availabilities and the selected point of sale. The precise schedule will be communicated during the purchase process.
