    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Are you a registered user?

    You can verify your order status in the “Order History” section of your personal area.

    When the order is assigned to the courier, it will be marked as “Processed” and you will find a tracking link within your Order Details.

    In addition, you will receive two e-mails:

    • A confirmation of shipment including the tracking link.
    • An e-mail from the courier including the expected date for delivery.

    HAVE YOU NOT RECEIVED THE EMAIL OF CONFIRMED SHIPMENT?

    Access the “Order History” section to verify the order status; if the order will be marked as “Processed”, you will also find the tracking link.

    What if the tracking link does not work?

    Do not worry: the tracking of your order will be available on the courier website within the 24 hours following the confirmation of dispatch.

    Have you placed the order as a guest?

    When your order is assigned to the courier, you will receive two e-mails:

    • A confirmation of shipment including the tracking link.
    • An e-mail from the courier including the expected date for delivery.

    You can always verify your order status and the tracking link by accessing the “Follow your order” section: insert the e-mail with which you have made your purchase and the order number that you can find in the confirmation e-mail.

    Have you not received the confirmation e-mail? Check in your junk e-mail or get in contact with our customer service.
