ORDER DELIVERY

    WHAT TO DO WHEN THE ORDER IS RECEIVED?

    We suggest that you check carefully:

    • that the number of the delivered package matches what is reported on the transportation document you have received by e-mail;
    • that the documents attached to the package report your name and address;
    • that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet;
    • that the package’s sealing materials (tape or plasticized straps) have not been rigged or altered in any way;

    If your order falls into one of these cases, we recommend that you indicate it on the courier's delivery note, indicating SPECIAL WRITTEN RESERVE (ex: reserve for 2 missing packages, reserve for package with torn carton).

    I WAS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. WHAT TO DO?

    The courier will automatically make a new delivery attempt on the next working day. If you can't be home or can't schedule a new delivery, the shipping will go to storage, and you will be contacted by our Customer Service. If the process is not successful, the order will be canceled, and we will proceed with refund through the chosen payment method.

    DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES DURING THE DELIVERY?

    No, taxes are already calculated in your order.
