    HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

    To create an account, click here and fill in with the requested data: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, country, language, and password.

    We remind you that the creation of an account is not mandatory: you can proceed to purchase as a guest, as well. However, through the registration we can save your information and your favorite products so that you can make faster purchases next time.

    WHAT INFORMATION IS IN MY ACCOUNT?

    Through your profile you will be able to:

    • -Change your data and password.
    • -Set up your favorite shipping and billing addresses.
    • -Change your consensus to the privacy policy.
    • -Check your order history.
    • -Manage assistance, returns and refund requests.
    • -Check your Wishlist where you will save your favorite products.

    CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

    You can. To request the cancellation of your account, you can contact our customer service indicating the email address which you used to register your account.

    I FORGOT MY PASSWORD; HOW CAN I RESET IT?

    If you forgot your password, follow these steps:

    1. Access the Log In section.
    2. Click on “Forgot your password?”.
    3. Insert your e-mail address and click SEND to receive a link to reset your password.
    4. Click on the link and insert your new password. Remember: the link will last up to one hour.
