CHANGES AND SUBSTITUTIONS

    CAN I CHANGE MY PRODUCT?

    You can request to change a product within 14 days from the receipt of the delivery. Return costs are at your expenses, except for the return for non-compliant products. Replacement may be requested for size or color change. Each product can only be exchanged or returned once. If you wish to replace it with an alternative product, you will need to return the product received and place a new order.

    HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE/ SUBSTITUTION?

    Proceed as follows:

    1. Log in to your account if you are a registered user or visit "Track order" and enter your order number and your e-mail address.
    2. Indicate the reason for the change and within the following 24 hours, our Customer Service will get in contact with you. Once the return request is approved, you will receive the shipping label by email, or you will be able to download it from your account.
    3. Prepare your package containing the articles you wish to return.
    4. Book the collection of your return with TNT / DHL (numero di telefono di entrambi) or through the courier website (link of both). Also visit "How can I book and collect a return" for further information.
    5. Within 48/96 working hours from the receipt of the return at our warehouses, we will assign to the courier the shipping or your substitution if the product is available.

    We remind you that choosing to use a different courier implies that return and replacement process becomes slower.
