Kartell once again consolidates the link between fashion and design by bringing the “Mademoiselle à la mode” touring event to Athens, headed this time by the famous Greek creative Lakis Gavalas, owner of the .LAK brand. The .LAK Mademoiselle armchair upholstered in grey jersey fabric with a windmill print, the symbol of Greece and its islands used since the brand’s earliest collections, was presented at the Hellenic World building in Athens on 28 May. The set of the event, organised in honour of Kartell and .Lak, was designed by Greek’s best set designer, Andonis Kioukas. The Kartell and .Lak stores customised their main window displays with the graphic Kartell presents “Mademoiselle à la mode” by .LAK.
