15 years of transparent design
The Kartell stores’ display windows celebrate the anniversary
Kartell celebrates 15 years of transparent design: the technological and aesthetic challenge launched in 1999 with the La Marie chair and then again in 2014 with the largest transparent polycarbonate sofa in the world, the Uncle Jack sofa by Philippe Starck.
The displays in all the Kartell flagship stores around the world curated by Ferruccio Laviani (in charge of Brand & Corporate Identity) illustrate through Kartell’s main symbols the most significant stages along this long cultural and production way. From the 3.5 kg of polycarbonate in the La Marie chair to the 30 kg in the Uncle Jack sofa, the challenge issued in 1999 continues!
